Inside the Havre Studio Event at Den Dama

On October 15th, we welcomed Havre Studio founder and designer Madeleine back to Den Dama for another special event celebrating our ongoing collaboration and her unique approach to redesign. Known for its distinctive blazers and reworked tailoring, Havre Studio has become a favourite for those who appreciate pieces with a little more character. This time, we brought together a new selection of redesigned jackets from Mexico, giving our customers the chance to discover the latest styles, try them on and meet the person behind the brand.

The day was all about great design, good company and creating a welcoming space for our community. Guests could stop by throughout the afternoon, catch up with Madeleine, find their favourite jacket and enjoy a hot cacao from Oslo Raw. With familiar faces, new discoveries and plenty of conversation, it was a lovely way to celebrate a brand we’re proud to work with and the people who make it special.

Meet Havre Studio

Founded by Madeleine Frandsen in 2019, Havre Studio started in Mexico City with a focus on reworking vintage menswear into something entirely its own. The brand takes classic tailoring and gives it a new expression through updated silhouettes, considered details and a more relaxed approach to dressing. Blazers and outerwear are at the heart of the Havre universe, with pieces that feel timeless but never ordinary.

What makes the brand stand out is the balance between structure and ease. Think oversized proportions, defined waists and unexpected details that make familiar styles feel fresh again. Each piece has its own look, bringing a little individuality to the everyday wardrobe. It’s a take on fashion that feels personal rather than overly polished, and one that has caught the attention of some of our favourite style names, including Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber and Emily Ratajkowski.

At Den Dama, we love discovering brands with a clear point of view, and Havre Studio is one we’re especially happy to keep working with.

The New Havre Jackets

For the latest drop at Den Dama, we’ve welcomed two new styles: the belted blazer and wool bomber jackets. The belted blazer adds definition to classic tailoring, while the wool bombers offer a more relaxed take on outerwear. Both are easy to style with everyday denim, but work just as well dressed up with tailored trousers or a skirt.

Each jacket has its own look and details, which is part of what makes Havre Studio so special. We’re proud to continue our collaboration with Madeleine and bring these unique pieces to Den Dama. If you’ve had your eye on Havre, this is a good time to stop by and find your favourite.

Bringing the Havre x Den Dama Community Together

For us, the event was about more than just the jackets. It was also a chance to bring together the people who love Havre Studio, from familiar faces who have been shopping the brand for years to those discovering it for the first time. We wanted to create a relaxed meeting point where everyone could stop by, try on their favourite styles, catch up with Madeleine and spend some time together.

To make the afternoon even cosier, we served the much-loved hot cacao from Oslo Raw, one of our favourite neighbourhood cafés to collaborate with. We love bringing together local businesses we genuinely care about and creating moments that feel a little more personal than your usual shopping trip.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried on a jacket and made the afternoon what it was. 🤎

A Collaboration We’re Proud Of

We’re so happy to continue building our relationship with Madeleine and Havre Studio, and to share the brand with our Den Dama community. Supporting independent designers and bringing people together around great design is something we truly believe in. For us, fashion is about more than the pieces themselves. It’s also about the people behind them, the ideas that shape a collection and the communities that grow around the brands we love.

Working with Havre Studio gives us the opportunity to introduce our customers to a different approach to familiar wardrobe staples, where classic tailoring meets individual style and thoughtful redesign. We love seeing how each person makes the jackets their own, whether it’s an original blazer that becomes a long-term favourite or one of the newer styles that adds something unexpected to an everyday outfit.

Our event was a lovely reminder of what makes these collaborations so special. Having Madeleine in store, meeting customers who already know and love Havre, and welcoming new faces who came to discover the brand created exactly the kind of atmosphere we want to make room for at Den Dama. Add a little hot cacao from Oslo Raw, plenty of conversation and some very good jackets, and it made for an afternoon we were proud to host.

A big thank you to Madeleine and everyone who stopped by and made the day special. We look forward to continuing this collaboration and sharing more from Havre Studio with you. If you haven’t discovered the brand yet, come by Den Dama and explore the remaining pieces for yourself. 🤎
