Shipping policy

 

We use Bring and DHL as our delivery partners, and you can also choose to pick your order up in our store if you live nearby. If you are a guest at Hotel Sommerro, you can have your order delivered to your room by choosing local delivery as your shipping option.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY

Bring delivers your package to your location in Norway usually within 1-3 business days. Please note that delays may occur, especially during busy seasons such as before Christmas. 

DHL can deliver your order shipped outside of Norway within 48 hours if you order before 13:00 the same day and unless delays occur (not on the weekends).

PICK UP IN-STORE

Orders are usually ready within 4 hours during opening hours, or the next business day. If you are not notified that your order is ready for pickup, feel free to remind us by calling the store on phone number +47 22553099.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. We will then begin the process of packing your order. When your order is packed and ready for collection by our transport partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number. When your order is out for delivery or turned into your closest pickup point, you will be notified by the transporter.

REGARDING TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The price you see on our webshop includes the Norwegian VAT of 25% (unless you have already entered your location). International orders are exempt of Norwegian taxes, and taxes will be deducted from your total once you have entered your location outside of Norway.

Since we don't include fees and taxes for countries outside of Norway in our prices, you may receive a bill for local taxes and fees from DHL after the order is shipped, depending on your local regulations. Please refer to your local authorities to learn more about rates etc. Costs of shipping, taxes or fees are not refundable. We do not cover the return cost.
