Avoid heavy loads:

Refrain from carrying excessively heavy items to prevent deforming the bag’s shape. For example, if you use your bag to transform a computer, tablet and book, the bag is likely to be damaged more quickly and leather strips may come off.

Dealing with moisture:

If your bag gets wet, blot the water away immediately with a soft, dry cloth. Never immerse the leather in water or use artificial heat sources like radiators or hairdryers to dry it. Allow the bag to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.

Natural dye bleeding:

Natural dyes used in Dragon Diffusion bags may bleed initially, especially with dark colors or in high humidity. To help set the dye, leave your bag in sunlight for several hours. As the dyes are natural, it may take some time for them to stop bleeding.
